Who We Are

JurisPK is operated by ENTERPRISE OPERATIONAL SYSTEMS (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED, a company registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan. References to "JurisPK", "we", "us", and "our" mean ENTERPRISE OPERATIONAL SYSTEMS (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED and the JurisPK platform available through jurispk.com and related services.

JurisPK is based in Islamabad, Pakistan. These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in a user's place of residence. Subject to applicable law, courts and competent forums in Pakistan will have jurisdiction over disputes connected with JurisPK.

By accessing JurisPK, creating an account, submitting a payment reference, using search, preview, document-view, account, billing, or support features, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

What JurisPK Provides

JurisPK is a Pakistan-focused legal and regulatory research platform. It provides search, indexing, citation lookup, source organization, metadata, filters, previews, document access, and related research workflow tools for Pakistani legal, regulatory, statutory, judicial, and public-administration materials.

The platform may include court judgments, reported cases, statutory materials, delegated legislation, rules, regulations, orders, notices, circulars, determinations, regulator decisions, tribunal decisions, public legal frameworks, and other materials from public-domain, public-record, official, licensed, permitted, or otherwise authorized sources.

JurisPK is a technology and research convenience platform. Our fees are for platform access, search infrastructure, indexing, metadata, normalization, parsing, classification, document delivery, account systems, hosting, support, security, quality review, and related services. We do not claim private ownership over Pakistani law, public-domain legal text, or public legal records merely because they are indexed, organized, previewed, or displayed through JurisPK.

No Legal Advice

JurisPK is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal representation, legal opinions, advocacy, drafting services, or a lawyer-client relationship. No use of the platform creates an advocate-client, attorney-client, fiduciary, professional advisory, or confidential legal relationship with JurisPK.

Search results, snippets, previews, citations, metadata, filters, summaries, rankings, labels, document classifications, relevance signals, and platform-generated organization are research aids only. They may be incomplete, outdated, misclassified, duplicated, affected by OCR or source quality issues, or not suitable for your purpose.

You are responsible for independently verifying every citation, legal proposition, amendment, effective date, appellate status, repeal, stay, review, limitation period, deadline, filing requirement, official form, court status, regulator status, and source document before relying on it in legal advice, litigation, compliance, business, academic, governmental, or personal decisions.

Eligibility and Geographic Availability

JurisPK may be accessed globally, subject to these Terms, applicable laws, export, sanctions, financial, payment, and technology restrictions, and our ability to provide service in a given location.

At launch, paid subscription payments are supported in Pakistani Rupees only. If you access JurisPK from outside Pakistan, you are responsible for any exchange, remittance, tax, banking, card, wallet, telecom, or local-law consequences connected with your access or payment.

You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms. If you use JurisPK on behalf of an organization, firm, chamber, company, institution, government body, or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity.

Electronic Communications and Records

You consent to receive JurisPK notices, account messages, payment confirmations, payment rejection notices, subscription updates, support responses, policy updates, and service communications electronically, including through the platform, email, or account interface.

Electronic communications, click-through confirmations, submitted payment references, account actions, support messages, logs, and platform records may be used to evidence account activity, subscription status, payment review, consent, support history, and compliance with these Terms.

You are responsible for keeping your email address and account contact details current. We are not responsible for missed notices caused by outdated contact details, spam filters, blocked inboxes, or inaccessible accounts.

Accounts and Access

You may use JurisPK as a guest, as a signed-in free user, or under a paid plan where available. Access levels, quotas, preview rules, full-text availability, and plan benefits may differ by tier.

• Guest users may search within guest limits and may receive previews, references, snippets, and limited result access.
• Free signed-in users may receive broader preview/search access, subject to fair-use, security, abuse, and technical controls.
• Plus users receive full-text access where available, subject to the plan's daily query allowance and access rules shown at checkout.
• Pro users receive full-text access where available with the plan rules shown at checkout, including unlimited daily query use where the public plan says so, subject to fair-use and anti-abuse controls.
• JurisPK may offer beta, administrative, promotional, or complimentary access at its discretion, but such access has no cash value and may be changed, limited, or withdrawn.

You must provide accurate account, contact, identity, and payment-reference information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials, devices, email account, browser sessions, and payment references secure. You must promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized account access.

Plan Limits and Fair Use

Plan limits are designed to keep JurisPK available, reliable, and fair. Daily queries, preview limits, full-text access, document delivery behavior, support priority, and other plan features may be shown in the product interface, checkout flow, or legal pages.

Unlimited daily use does not mean abusive, automated, bulk, resale, extraction, mirroring, credential-sharing, denial-of-service, or platform-reconstruction use. We may apply technical controls, rate limits, throttling, suspensions, verification requests, or other safeguards where usage threatens security, reliability, source compliance, fair access, or platform integrity.

If the product interface, checkout screen, and these Terms conflict, the more specific checkout or account-access information for the plan you selected controls for that subscription period, unless a change is required by law, security, fraud prevention, or serious operational risk.

Payments and Activation

JurisPK launch payments are manually verified through the payment instructions shown in the checkout flow. You may be asked to select a plan and billing interval, review the amount in Pakistani Rupees, pay by the displayed QR, Till ID, IBAN, bank-transfer, wallet, or other supported manual method, and submit a transaction ID, payment reference, screenshot, phone number, or other proof for review.

Submitting payment proof does not itself activate paid access. Paid access begins only after JurisPK verifies and approves the payment or otherwise activates the subscription in our systems.

You are responsible for submitting accurate payment information, including the correct order ID, amount, reference or transaction ID, screenshot where used, payer name, phone number where requested, and any notes required for reconciliation. False, forged, duplicate, altered, misleading, abusive, or unverifiable payment submissions may be rejected and may result in account restrictions.

Prices, discounts, plan names, limits, and billing intervals may change prospectively. We will not intentionally change the basic paid access period you have already activated unless required for fraud prevention, legal compliance, source restrictions, security, service continuity, or serious platform risk.

You are responsible for any taxes, withholding, wallet fees, telecom charges, bank charges, remittance charges, exchange charges, or local compliance obligations that apply to your payment or use of JurisPK unless the checkout flow expressly states otherwise.

Public Records and Source Materials

JurisPK indexes and displays materials that may already be available in public records, official sources, public-domain materials, public legal repositories, regulatory disclosures, licensed materials, or other authorized source collections.

If information appears in public legal records, public regulatory records, court materials, official materials, or other lawful public sources, it may also appear on JurisPK. We generally do not remove or suppress public legal-record content solely because a person dislikes, disputes, or is affected by the existence of the public record.

We may correct clear metadata errors, duplicate records, broken links, source-mapping issues, OCR issues, attribution problems, or technical display errors. We may also comply with binding legal orders or applicable law. We are not required to rewrite public records, conceal lawfully available records, or remove materials that remain available from public or official sources.

Intellectual Property

The JurisPK platform, software, user interface, source mapping, indexes, database compilations as selected and arranged, metadata enhancements, classifications, normalized citations, search logic, taxonomies, relevance logic, internal tools, account systems, documentation, branding, logos, and operational systems are protected assets of JurisPK or its licensors.

Public-domain or public-record legal source texts remain subject to their own legal status. Your subscription does not transfer ownership of JurisPK software, indexes, compilations, metadata, classifications, account systems, platform structure, branding, or proprietary organization.

You may use the platform for lawful research, professional work, citation checking, and ordinary document review. You may not scrape, bulk export, copy at scale, mirror, resell, sublicense, republish, reconstruct, train a competing system from, or create a substitute database from JurisPK or its protected platform assets except with our express written permission.

User Content and Support Submissions

If you submit account details, payment references, support requests, correction requests, feedback, notes, screenshots, or other materials to JurisPK, you grant us permission to use those materials to provide support, operate the platform, verify payments, investigate issues, improve quality, protect the service, maintain records, and comply with law.

Do not submit confidential legal advice, privileged communications, client secrets, sensitive personal information, or materials you are not authorized to share unless you accept the risks of doing so. JurisPK is not your lawyer and does not receive materials in a lawyer-client capacity.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit anything you send to JurisPK. You must not submit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, abusive, malicious, confidential, privileged, or third-party materials that you are not authorized to share.

Acceptable Use

You must not misuse JurisPK. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Attacking, probing, scanning, overloading, disrupting, reverse engineering, bypassing, or attempting to defeat access controls, metering, preview gates, payment verification, account security, or admin controls.
• Attempting to access the database, raw storage, server filesystem, internal APIs, admin tools, private logs, source credentials, secrets, non-public records, or other systems that are not intentionally made available to you.
• Scraping, crawling, extracting, downloading, copying, mirroring, mining, indexing, reselling, republishing, or reconstructing JurisPK at abusive volume or for a competing service.
• Sharing paid accounts outside the permitted user scope, selling access, leasing access, pooling credentials, or using one account as a public gateway.
• Submitting malicious code, SQL payloads, scripts, command injection strings, path traversal strings, forged payment references, abusive automation, spam, malware, phishing material, or false identity information.
• Using JurisPK for unlawful activity, harassment, privacy abuse, intimidation, defamation campaigns, unauthorized investigations, or activity that violates Pakistani law or other applicable law.

Self-Built Platform and External Services

JurisPK is built as a self-contained legal research platform. We do not send user searches, account data, payment references, or private usage data to external AI model providers for query planning, summarization, or search assistance.

We may still use infrastructure, hosting, email, security, or operational systems needed to run the service, but our legal-search and platform intelligence features are designed and operated by JurisPK rather than outsourced to external AI services.

Availability and Changes

We aim to keep JurisPK reliable, but the platform may be unavailable, slow, incomplete, or limited during maintenance, upgrades, source corrections, security events, hosting incidents, payment review delays, legal review, crawler issues, database maintenance, or circumstances outside our control.

We may add, remove, correct, reclassify, deduplicate, limit, or reorganize source materials to preserve accuracy, legality, source compliance, platform safety, or user trust. We may change features, layouts, plans, access rules, quotas, prices, and technical requirements prospectively.

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including power, network, hosting, telecom, wallet, banking, payment, cyber incident, natural disaster, civil disturbance, governmental action, court order, source unavailability, upstream restriction, or other force majeure event.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, throttle, limit, or terminate access where we reasonably believe there is abuse, fraud, payment irregularity, forged references, credential sharing, unlawful activity, security risk, violation of these Terms, threat to the platform, source compliance risk, or harm to JurisPK, users, source providers, or the public.

Where practical, we may provide notice and an opportunity to correct non-serious issues. We may act immediately for security, fraud, legal, operational, or platform-integrity reasons.

You may stop using JurisPK at any time. Account closure, cancellation, or non-renewal does not erase obligations that reasonably survive, including payment obligations, records retention, audit, liability limits, intellectual-property restrictions, dispute terms, and public-record policies.

If your account is closed, suspended, or terminated, you may lose access to search history, paid access, account features, support history, pending payment flows, and full-text access. We may retain records where needed for compliance, reporting, audit, fraud prevention, security, legal claims, public-record integrity, and legitimate business purposes.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, JurisPK is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that the platform, any source record, any search result, any citation, any preview, any metadata field, any classification, or any full-text document is complete, current, accurate, error-free, uninterrupted, lawful for every use, or suitable for a particular legal, professional, regulatory, business, or personal purpose.

We do not guarantee that a record has not been appealed, reviewed, stayed, overruled, distinguished, amended, repealed, superseded, corrected, withdrawn, blocked, sealed, restricted, or affected by later law or later facts.

Liability Limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JurisPK and its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, loss-of-profit, loss-of-data, loss-of-business, litigation, compliance, reliance, reputational, or professional-liability damages arising from or connected with the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims relating to JurisPK is limited to the amount you paid to JurisPK for the affected subscription period giving rise to the claim. If you used JurisPK without paying, our aggregate liability is limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold JurisPK harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, unlawful activity, unauthorized data extraction, account sharing, forged payment submissions, infringement of rights, or use of JurisPK outputs in a way that causes harm to another person or entity.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your account, subscription, rights, or obligations under these Terms without our written permission. We may assign or transfer JurisPK, these Terms, accounts, subscriptions, records, or platform assets as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, sale of assets, corporate reorganization, or similar transaction.

Severability and Waiver

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive our right to enforce it later.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Billing and Payment Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Public Data and Source Material Policy, Security and Responsible Disclosure policy, and other legal pages published by JurisPK, form the agreement governing your use of the platform.

Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "updated" date shows the latest published version. Continued use after an updated version is posted means you accept the updated Terms. For material changes affecting paid access, we may provide additional notice where practical.
