Law Enforcement and Legal Requests Policy

How JurisPK handles court orders, regulator requests, law-enforcement requests, preservation requests, and disclosure demands.

Scope

This policy explains how JurisPK handles requests from courts, regulators, law-enforcement agencies, government authorities, lawyers, parties, and other requesters seeking user information, account records, payment records, source restrictions, preservation, or disclosure.

Valid Legal Process

JurisPK may require appropriate legal process before disclosing non-public account, payment, support, security, or usage information. Requests should identify the requesting authority, legal basis, scope, affected account or record, requested information, deadline, and contact details.

We may ask for clarification, narrow overbroad requests, reject informal requests, preserve records where legally appropriate, or seek legal advice before responding.

Emergency Requests

If a request involves imminent risk of serious harm, the requester should clearly identify the emergency, the information requested, the legal authority for the request, and contact details for verification.

JurisPK may disclose limited information where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary and lawful to address an emergency, protect users, protect the platform, or comply with applicable law.

User Notice

Where legally permitted and practical, we may notify affected users of legal requests. We may delay or withhold notice where prohibited by law, court order, confidentiality requirement, law-enforcement need, security concern, fraud investigation, or operational risk.

Preservation

We may preserve relevant records when required by lawful request, legal obligation, dispute, investigation, security incident, fraud review, or platform-integrity need.

Preservation does not necessarily mean disclosure. Disclosure may require separate legal process or verification.

Public Legal Records

Requests to remove, suppress, or restrict public legal records should identify the affected JurisPK URL, citation, source record, legal basis, and any binding order. JurisPK generally does not remove lawfully available public legal records unless required by binding legal process, applicable law, proven source error, or platform-integrity need.

Payment and Fraud Records

We may preserve, use, or disclose payment and fraud-related records where needed to investigate forged payment references, duplicate claims, chargeback abuse, account fraud, security incidents, legal claims, or compliance obligations.

Contact for Requests

Legal and law-enforcement requests can be sent to support@jurispk.com. The request should come from an official or verifiable address where possible and include enough information for authentication and review.
