Verify Before Use

You must independently verify all legal materials before relying on them. This includes:

• Citations, party names, court names, reporter references, appeal numbers, proceeding numbers, dates, benches, judges, lawyers, and outcomes.

• Whether a document is complete, official, current, authenticated, legible, enforceable, applicable to your jurisdiction, or applicable to your facts.
• Deadlines, limitation periods, filing requirements, procedural rules, court fees, official forms, forum jurisdiction, and current practice directions.

Do not rely on JurisPK as the sole source for any filing, legal advice, compliance program, transaction, litigation step, business decision, academic conclusion, public statement, or personal decision.

Public Sources May Contain Errors

Public legal records and source materials can contain errors, omissions, OCR mistakes, formatting issues, duplicate records, outdated pages, broken links, incomplete scans, incorrect metadata, missing annexures, missing amendments, and inconsistent citations.

JurisPK may improve searchability and organization, but it cannot guarantee that each source record is complete, current, authoritative, or free from source-level defects.

Search Results Are Not Legal Conclusions

Search ranking, snippets, previews, highlights, filters, subject tags, relevance labels, inferred legal areas, citation matches, and document classifications are convenience features. They are not legal conclusions and should not be treated as advice about the strength, applicability, or current validity of any authority.

A result appearing first does not mean it is binding, current, directly applicable, good law, or the best authority. A result not appearing does not mean the authority does not exist.

Preview and Full-Text Limits

Guest and free users may receive previews, references, snippets, or limited document access. Paid users may receive full-text access where available. Preview or full-text delivery can still be affected by plan rules, source availability, document quality, technical issues, legal restrictions, and platform maintenance.

Full-text access on JurisPK does not make the displayed copy a certified copy, official copy, or court-authenticated record. Where legal consequences matter, verify against official sources, certified copies, court records, regulator records, gazettes, or authoritative reporters.

Self-Contained Search Technology

JurisPK's search and platform intelligence features are self-built and self-contained. We do not send your queries or private usage data to external AI model providers for legal analysis. Even so, platform-generated search organization, query interpretation, and relevance ranking may be imperfect and must be verified.

No Guarantee of Coverage

JurisPK may not include every Pakistani case, statute, rule, notification, regulatory document, tribunal decision, circular, historical record, amendment, official form, or source family. Coverage expands over time and may vary by source, court, regulator, date range, reporter, document type, jurisdiction, and quality of public availability.

The absence of a record from JurisPK does not prove that the record does not exist or that it is irrelevant.

Professional Responsibility

Lawyers, accountants, compliance professionals, researchers, journalists, public officials, students, and other users remain responsible for their own professional duties, source verification, ethical obligations, confidentiality obligations, citation checking, and judgment.

If you use JurisPK in professional work, you are responsible for deciding whether and how to cite it, verify it, disclose it, or supplement it with official materials.

No Emergency or Deadline Reliance

Do not use JurisPK as an emergency legal service or deadline-calculation tool. If a limitation period, hearing date, filing deadline, compliance date, appeal period, bail matter, detention matter, injunction, tax deadline, regulatory response, or other urgent matter is involved, consult the relevant official source and a qualified professional immediately.

Public-Record Availability

Many legal materials are public-domain, public-record, official, licensed, permitted, or otherwise authorized materials. JurisPK charges for platform services, search, indexing, organization, access convenience, hosting, security, support, and ongoing maintenance, not for claiming ownership of public law itself.

If a record is available in public legal or regulatory sources, it may be available through JurisPK as part of legal research access.
