JurisPK's position on public legal materials, platform intellectual property, source attribution, and infringement complaints.Public Law and Public Records
JurisPK may index and display legal and regulatory materials from public-domain, public-record, official, licensed, permitted, or otherwise authorized sources.
JurisPK does not claim private ownership over Pakistani law, public-domain legal text, or public legal records merely because they are indexed, searched, formatted, previewed, or displayed through the platform.
JurisPK Platform Rights
The JurisPK platform, software, user interface, source mapping, indexes, metadata enhancements, classifications, normalized citations, taxonomies, selected and arranged compilations, search logic, account systems, documentation, brand, logos, and operational systems are protected by intellectual-property, contract, database, trade-secret, and other applicable rights.
You may not copy, scrape, bulk export, mirror, resell, sublicense, republish, reconstruct, train a competing system from, or create a substitute database from JurisPK's protected platform assets without written permission.
Source Attribution
JurisPK may identify courts, regulators, reporters, public authorities, source websites, document titles, citations, and source URLs for research and verification purposes.
Source attribution does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, approval, or certification by the named source unless expressly stated.
User Submissions
If you submit feedback, corrections, payment notes, screenshots, support materials, or other content to JurisPK, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
You grant JurisPK permission to use submissions to operate, support, secure, improve, and document the platform, resolve disputes, verify payments, maintain records, and comply with law.
Infringement Complaints
If you believe material on JurisPK infringes your intellectual-property rights, email support@jurispk.com with:
- Your name and contact information.
- The JurisPK URL or specific material at issue.
- The right you claim is infringed.
- The source or registration details supporting your claim, if available.
- A clear explanation of why the material is not public-domain, public-record, official, licensed, permitted, or otherwise authorized.
- A statement that your complaint is accurate and made in good faith.
We may request additional information, correct attribution, limit access, remove material, decline the request, or take other action depending on the source status, legal basis, and platform policy.
False or Abusive Claims
Do not submit false, abusive, automated, misleading, or bad-faith intellectual-property complaints. Misuse of complaint processes may result in account restrictions, refusal of service, or other action.
