Communications and Notices Policy
How JurisPK sends electronic notices, support replies, policy updates, payment messages, and account communications.Electronic Notices
JurisPK may provide notices electronically through the platform, account interface, email, support replies, payment review messages, or legal pages.
Electronic notices may include account updates, sign-in messages, subscription status, payment submission confirmations, payment approval or rejection, refund responses, security notices, support decisions, policy updates, and service announcements.
Your Contact Details
You are responsible for keeping your account email and contact details accurate and accessible. If your email address is wrong, inactive, full, blocked, filtered, or inaccessible, you may miss important notices.
Notices sent to the email address associated with your account may be treated as delivered even if you do not read them, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Support Communications
Support communications should be sent to support@jurispk.com. Include enough information for us to identify the account, payment, record, or issue.
Do not send passwords, private keys, unnecessary identity documents, full payment credentials, confidential client material, privileged legal advice, or unrelated third-party personal information.
Payment Communications
Payment and billing communications may include order IDs, payment references, transaction IDs, screenshot-proof status, plan details, payer information, review status, rejection reasons, correction requests, and activation status.
You should keep copies of payment confirmations, references, and support replies until the matter is resolved.
Policy Updates
We may update legal policies by posting new versions in the JurisPK legal center. The "updated" date in each policy indicates the latest published version.
For material changes affecting paid access, privacy, payment rules, or platform availability, we may provide additional notice where practical.
Language
JurisPK legal notices are currently provided in English. If translated versions are offered later, the English version will control unless a specific policy states otherwise.
