You are responsible for activity through your account, browser sessions, devices, and credentials unless you promptly report unauthorized access and cooperate with our review.
Fair Use
Paid access is intended for human-scale legal research and professional use. Even where a plan includes full-text access or unlimited daily queries, you may not use the platform in a way that threatens reliability, security, fair access, source compliance, or platform integrity.
We may apply throttling, rate limits, additional verification, temporary blocks, plan review, account suspension, or termination where usage appears abusive or outside ordinary research patterns.
Legal Compliance
You are responsible for complying with Pakistani law and any other laws that apply to your access, location, profession, institution, client work, or use of JurisPK materials.
You must not use JurisPK to commit or assist unlawful access, harassment, intimidation, doxxing, fraud, privacy abuse, intellectual-property infringement, contempt, unlawful publication, regulatory evasion, or other unlawful activity.
Enforcement
We may throttle, block, suspend, terminate, require verification, reject payment submissions, refuse refunds, remove access, or refuse service where activity threatens platform security, source compliance, database integrity, fair access, payment integrity, user trust, or legal compliance.
Where practical, we may provide notice and an opportunity to correct non-serious issues. We may act immediately for security, fraud, abuse, legal, payment, or operational reasons.
Reporting Abuse
Report suspected abuse, compromised accounts, forged payment submissions, scraping, credential sharing, security issues, or misuse to support@jurispk.com with relevant details.
